Alison has made a profound impact on my life. Before working with her, and with a recent ADHD diagnosis, I felt trapped in self-doubt and inefficiency. Through our sessions, she guided me on a journey of self-discovery, unlocking potential I never knew I had.

One of the most transformative aspects of our work together has been Alison's ability to help me redefine my self-perception. She encouraged me to challenge negative beliefs and replace them with empowering ones. With her support, I've learned to view myself with compassion and possibility.

Alison provided practical strategies tailored to my needs, boosting my productivity and sense of accomplishment. She helped me establish better routines and structure, laying a foundation for success. We delved into life's purpose and my goals, leading to profound introspection and clarity. Alison held me accountable for my progress, motivating me through challenges.

In every conversation, Alison embodies understanding and insight. She creates a safe space for exploration, and her genuine care shines through. I'm grateful to have her as my life coach. Working with Alison has been transformative, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance. Thank you, Alison, for your wisdom and unwavering belief in my potential. You've made a difference in my life.

As someone who was diagnosed with both ADHD and autism as an adult, coaching sessions with Alison have really helped me to reframe the way I view my neurodivergence.

When we started working together I only saw the things I felt my ADHD and autism took away from me and my potential. Alison has helped me to accept these things as part of me, to work with my brain instead of against it, and most importantly to recognise that neurodiversity is a strength. Most of us just need someone like Alison to show us how. I would STRONGLY recommend Acclaim Life Coaching to anyone trying to navigate being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world!

I was drawn to Alison because of her experience and understanding of ADHD and her background as a former divorce lawyer, as I was experiencing a particularly difficult time in my home life and needed someone who could understand me and help me get out of a toxic relationship. I didn’t realise then how much of a support and ally she would become.

Alison supported me through two of the most difficult years of my life. I was stuck in an extremely toxic relationship and lacked the confidence to leave and tools to move forward. Alison was patient, non-judgemental and never made me feel I should be further ahead than I was. In fact, she regularly reassured me about how far I had come.

Not only did Alison help me rebuild my confidence and see clearly what I knew I needed to do. Her guidance, encouragement and support gave me the strength to leave.

When things became extremely difficult, she went above and beyond. Her kindness, knowledge and understanding meant more than I can put into words. I am now out of that relationship, and I honestly don’t believe I would have got here without her.

As I look to start a fresh, I’m hoping I can continue to work with her as her guidance and support is invaluable and it will help me rebuild my life and move forward.

I will always be grateful for everything Alison has done for me, and I am truly grateful that I contacted her, I never expected to find someone who would understand me and who would help me as much as her. If you are struggling, feeling stuck or need someone who will truly listen and stand beside you, I cannot recommend Alison highly enough.
